Pros
Paid lunches once a week. Costco snacks at the ready. Chill working environment. The people that I worked directly with were friendly and approachable. Devs and QA work in harmony with minimal friction.
Cons
Poor communication from the top to the bottom. People getting laid off without warning. Just one morning, a call into a talk with HR and you're packing your stuff, didn't even have time to send a farewell email to your team and colleagues, no sense of closure.
