      Pros

      People are friendly and there is a good work life balance. Company just merged with Solvay, but the general sense is that Solvay and Rhodia have similar cultures, which is nice. Very good emphasis on worker heath, welfare and especially safety

      Cons

      Compensation is not the most competitive, and bonus structure / policies a little opaque. As with any big company, they are slow to move

      Work with high level managers on a daily basis, challenging environment

      Cons

      Have to do a lot of work outside your core responsibilities (not too much support staff), but it can be useful to learn the intricacies of the company
