      Pros

      Lots of support for instructors and leading from a heart centred approach. The teaching hours are nice for work/life balance.

      Cons

      They pay below industry standard in post secondary education and do not pay enough based on what’s expected with that pay.

      Pros

      Convenient because I could work from home. Admin was nice enough

      Cons

      Lack of organization from the administration. The policies and codes of conduct are merely for show - you can be disrespected and abused by students and they face no consequences. This place just cares about money, not about upholding a standard. The pay is brutal (low).
