The company has great technologies and assays for molecular diagnostics with versatile capabilities for targets and workflows. R&D environments are great, cross-department relationship is amazing, and all the co-workers are friendly with respect. The benefit is good so the workers can concentrate what they are doing.

Not doing great with revenue and funding.

The health benefits were extremely generous, and the retirement benefits were not too terrible either. Also, if you don't mind working quietly doing a tedious task with a podcast or music on, it can be very quiet in a good way.

The company operated in such a disorganized and occasionally clandestine manner that it was demoralizing. Between rounds of surprise lay offs, in person tours unannounced from prospective buyers, weeks of no activity followed by a frenzy of last minute preparation for manufacturing runs, it did feel like I was constantly walking on eggshells.
