They set have high target which is impossible to achieve for beginers and they get fired within 3 weeks, company uses them all just for seasons and gradually all gets fired. Company almost fired 10 people every week. They didn't care about your dedication, high accuracy and proficiency. Shift and team leader are very favourable to Ukrainian and Georgian. You can't complaint them about discrimination. Worst washroom and toilet facilities. Company and agencies uses all new comers by not giving them work permits soon within 3 to 4 weeks they use and fired you.
