      - since Rheingau Founders is a company builder for early stage digital ventures the work is opportunity driven and long term planning is not possible - early stage start-ups do have their ups and downs - be prepared for a dynamic environment

      Pros

      The team is very small (only around 10 people). The daily tasks therefore vary a lot depending on the current projects, providing insights into many different areas of the company builders' operations. Everyone in the team is really an expert in his/her specific domain, making it an awesome place to learn from the best. The atmosphere is friendly and performance driven and everyone values learning as well as curiosity.

      Cons

      The workload is above average, which is pretty standard for the industry. But it's generally very acceptable.
