The colleagues working out of the offices based in Bolton are really good, direct line management are also good at handling personnel and are approachable and helpful

The company leadership do not seem to fully understand their own industry and fail to provide an incentive or remunerate those who are expected to work away from home. The direction of the company is lacking considerately and the pay scale is non existent, funded by how well you can negotiate. Would not advise anybody to work here

Some really interesting projects to get stuck into when available if you are fortunate enough to get elected into one.

No structured or bonafide career progression or remuneration process in place for employees. Basically randomised, more like a lucky dip sort of thing.
