Pros
The people who work at Rhea and Kaiser are one of the best reasons to work there. In addition to the people, I would say that the work is satisfying but not overly demanding in most situations. The location being in the western suburbs of Chicago is also a pro as it can be challenging to find marketing agencies (worthy of working) outside the city.
Cons
While being located in the suburbs is a pro for anyone who does not want to work in the city, the con to this is that the location of the office is just a little too far from the Metra and Rhea and Kaiser offers no solution to people who want to commute from the city by taking the train. There also aren't a lot of perks or benefits to working at Rhea and Kaiser. They cover your basics of 401k and health insurance (costly), etc. but don't offer much else.
