Management, toxic culture and no vision

A lot of interesting international projects. Great learning path with one month of mentoring at beginning. Higher starting salary for newcomers without any experience than in similar companies. It is great first step for learning qa testing processes and methodologies.

Company's mangers aren't qualified enough. There wasn't any feedback to employees on theirs progress. All is handed to team leaders and teammates itself. BIG step down was when Usablenet as their owner company decided to decrease the number of employees. Half of employees were fired. So, for newcomers future and contracts are uncertain.
