Friendly environment and very collaborative. Helpful coworkers. Interesting work that is fulfilling to engage with.

Pay is not as high as it is at other companies for the same position. Not much upward movement possible for years.

Helpful front desk and lots of curriculum freedom if you know how to educate.

Could give more hours on schedule.
