You’re on Salary+commission You learn a lot, great stepping stone if you need to learn but focus on learning to get out! They think they are the best paying nothing!

Salary not worth a damn! Lots of lateral movements with no pay increase No equal pay! Favoritism Micro management Intimidation Low Salary Commission not guaranteed They do not have a lot of minorities (2 now out of the entire company) Hybrid for no reason except they want to see what you are doing Fake in ALL locations Workhorse environment Try to Make you feel like this if the best job you’ll ever have!
