      Pros

      The staff, for the most part, are second to none. Knowledgable and have a deep pride in the work they do. The product itself is above and beyond any competitor.

      Cons

      We seem to always be in a rush and dealing with one monumental problem after another.

      Pros

      Knowledge gained due to spectrum of tasks assigned from the nature of working for a small company. Working with a broad range of customers kept most of the day to day work interesting and kept me busy

      Cons

      Overall environment felt volatile and unstable. Small team atmosphere creates broad work spectrum, but also limits long term growth potential. Lack of focus on sales. Management is not outdoor industry centric
