It’s very clear what Reyes Holdings has in store for Coca-Cola. They are nothing but profit driven which is fair enough from a business standpoint. However, their drive for increased net profit since the transition has certainly pissed off thousands of customers who either despise the brand now or have already left. At the same time, the company is obviously trying to push out current employees and the next step is eventually getting rid of sales altogether to have an optimized ordering system. The current bonus structure makes absolutely no sense and leaves 0 incentive to work. Rather than deal with massive layoffs, Reyes wants to just frustrate their employees to the point of quitting to avoid paying severance
