Pros

I have been working with Rexus team for more than 2 years as a contract/freelance Feild dispatch engineer in Austin, Texas area. I get sufficient work orders to meet my financial requirements but at times its a bit more than I can handle or too away for me to travel and finish a particular dispatch job. In terms of payment when I had started I was getting the payment average 50-60 days after work order is closed. But nowadays I am getting paid on an average 30 to 45 days. Moreover I must honestly appreciate during COVID times it was only Rexus who was giving work orders and somehow I managed to stay afloat with my finances. Thus I am happy and grateful to Rexus.

Cons

1. The project coordination team are mostly freshers Rexus needs to hire someone with some experience and maturity to communicate properly with the engineers. 2. I receive quite a bit non relevant work orders from the Rexus project coordination team either the scope of work is irrelevant to my skillset or the location is way out of my reach. 3. The verbal communication of the project coordination team and the hard accent at times is hard to understand what they say. Thus whats-app or email communication works.
