The team gets very fair salaries and the founder is very generous with leave and even provides bonuses when she can.
Cons
The organization has grown fast in the past couple of years and they are getting caught up on operational and internal processes that are needed for continued growth. If you do not work well with ambiguity, this company might be difficult to work for as it has a start-up feel and sometimes it's building the plane as it lands it and that can be stressful for some people.
