Great ownership - Sales Consultant Revzi Employee Review

As an employee I felt like I was put first most of the time. Superiors had my back and were always interested in helping me grow further personally & professionally. Open door policy was no joke, owners are always in the offices and always working. Many here are passionate about the businesses mission and future. There is a younger vibe and lots of fun to balance out the hard work. The company is rather dominant within their local markets and win most business when up against competitors, as such they do a nice job of celebrating this accomplishments and wins by highlighting sales efforts by the individual and passing off credit.

Many times a big picture assignment or goal is placed on the team and members are expected to figure out or complete with limited direction. No micromanagement is awesome but sometimes more explanation or assistance would be helpful.

I worked at Revzi for just under a year. Great product and positive atmosphere. What separates Revzi from other companies or start-ups is the people. I've worked a lot in sales and I've never been part of an environment quite like this . Not your typical sales role , good people supporting each other and all moving in the same direction . The managing partners are truly one of kind. Great guys who treat you as equals. Bosses like these just don't exsist . During my time there I was going through a rough patch and they had my back every step of the way. You'll be hard to find a work environment with a better support system than this. Once you're there, you're part of a family. Hard work, good times and most importantly good people.

No cons . Like any job , you get what you put. Give this place 100% and you'll be successful.
