They are pretty open individuals and make time to always help.
The founder's mobilize several human and software resources to help you be successful.
They definitely have sales in mind, even though they come from a product background. This is a great change versus typical product minded and not sales friendly founder's from a technical background.
Cons
Bookend days can be tough, but at the end of the day, if you work for a company in multiple continents, that's what you sign up for.
