Management is so behind everything at all times. They live in the stone ages when it comes to any technology. CEO is oblivious to the aviation world. A true 134.5 company. DOO and chief pilot do not know all the rules and regs. Flight coordinators are rude to all pilots, and none of them know aviation. No regard to safety. No pilot is happy, and last I heard they were all interviewing for new employment. Management has said multiple times they don’t care about the pilots and that they will just hire new.
