Revolution Data Systems Response
2yTo whom it may concern,
I am the manager of the technical team referenced in this review. Although I do not think it would be wise to engage in defending a review like this, I do think it is my duty as a representative of our company to set a few things straight. My points will remain strictly objective, using only facts to back up my statements.
Claim: “…significant turnover rate….”
Fact: Our average tenure is 3 years. But the devil is in the details. Here is the breakdown of our current team’s tenure:
• 2 team members at 8 years
• 1 team member at 7 years
• 5 team members at 2 years (2 members were replacements, 3 members were net new hires for new roles)
• 3 team members with a year or less (all 3 were net new hires for new roles)
As you can see above, our average tenure is affected by 6 net new hires over the last couple of years.
Claim: “no benefits”, “No 401K”
Facts:
• RDS has had a retirement plan since 2018. From 2018 to 2022, it was in the form of a “Simple IRA” plan. Because our company continues to grow, we were able to convert to a 401K plan in 2022. By law, our retirement plan has always been available to every employee.
• We offer healthcare benefits to every employee. I don’t remember the exact year it started, but it had been in place for a while before this individual started in 2023.
To anyone who is considering an opportunity at Revolution Data Systems, I encourage you to find us on LinkedIn and find any current employee on our ECM technical team. Send them a private message and ask about their experience at RDS. Ask them about our work culture. Ask them about our team dynamics. I am confident you will be pleased with any responses you get.
