      Pros

      The company gives you all opportunities and chances to develop from day 1. You will be given big tasks and activities from day 1 if you want to. If proper attitude and proactivity, this is a great company to work for. Pay is above average for every role, positions are 100% remote home based. Office, while optional, are incredible and provide a great experience as well. While the company keeps you busy, flexibility is also high. Working hours are flexible and managers tend to adapt and not require immediate answers.

      Cons

      Rythm of work is high, with a fast pace environment making it difficult for those slower to adapt or who have been in same role and tools for years. Here you have to act and adapt quickly, so it's not for everyone. Also you need to be incredibly independent and not rely on others to complete your work, as everyone is busy and not a lot of time for trainings.

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
