      Pros

      Fully remote work is a huge advantage for me. The overall working culture and work-life balance is good, the company is growing and improving every year. Career opportunities are not bad, it's my 5th year at the company and in the near future I have no plans to look for other employment.

      Cons

      The benefits package could be improved - for example, some benefits are inaccessible to me as a remote worker. The competitors in similar fields offer a better variety of benefits and supplements to salary/bonus, e.g. vacation days for seniority (3, 5 years at the company), spending allowance, budget for learning and improvement, better insurance, work trips, etc.

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
