      decent salary package, feasible time-off's management, remote work

      Cons

      no grace period to improve your KPI scores during probation, they want you to be perfect within the approximate 4-6 weeks of training, assuming it is a no-error process. Actually, it is not. Unrealistic KPI goals for probation.
