Pros
Very hard to find something positive. Perhaps will be a good place to very junior and only-money driven people
Cons
Culture is very harsh, it's all about getting your KPIs for each quarter. It doesn't matter what you have done before, if you don't hit them one quarter you are going on PIP. Very little human touch, no one cares and no one wants to know anything about you as a person. No work-life balance, managers clearly ask you to work as long as needed to hit your (and theirs) target.
