While we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience, we’d like to address the concerns you’ve raised regarding the work environment and culture. While we have a fast-paced and ambitious environment, we also prioritise the wellbeing of our employees. At Revolut, we strive to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and able to thrive. We have numerous programs in place to promote employee wellbeing and development.
We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same goals, and direct support where it's needed. KPIs are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure we’re all aligned.
When setting these goals, we’re driven by our values — Never Settle, Get it Done, and Deliver WOW. If we hadn't remained true to these values over the past seven years, we wouldn't be able to call ourselves a global financial superapp today.
