Don't waste your time! - Account Manager Revolut Employee Review

If your thinking "maybe it's a good place to work" don't even bother because I had to make the same decisions and thought the reviews might be wrong. Toxic work environment. Spanish employees have no benefits (advertised otherwise). Processes are awful not because its a start up but because there is no organisation. Managers have no experience in managing large teams. Decisions are made by senior management such as new promotion levels that employees or managers weren't even informed about. Employees aren't communicated with - no clear guidance on things like bonus etc or if we ever get a response it's so vague and doesn't even answer the question. Competitive but too competitive no team collaboration every team works in silo towards their own kpi. The company tell you one thing and mean another. They tell you will get X benefit and then delete all evidence that the benefit existed. Micromanagement at its finest! Working with so many teams and can never take real leadership on something
