      Die Kollegen sind sehr kompetent. Wird schnell gelernt (sonst geht's nicht). Man hat grosse Einfluss in das Produkt.

      Cons

      Man muss ein extra geben, normalerweise mehr Zeit. Alles ist Zielorientiert und dafür muss man manchmal bisschen Überstunden machen.
