Pros

Steep learning curve, exposure to fast paced industry

Cons

Toxic work culture, encourages selfish behaviours. Little collaboration and there's no strategy: it's just aggressive expansions in every direction just hoping that something will work somewhere. Management are focused entirely on enforcing their culture and character rather than developing a customer focused, product driven company. There is no care for employee well being - showing feelings is a sign of weakness. You must be stiff, cold and borderline rude/cruel to succeed. If you have a choice - avoid.

Thank you for telling us about your experience. Revolut is one of the world's leading fintechs because our people are as brilliant as they are ambitious and love to create inovative products for our customers. Many Revoluters tell us how much they love being part of reinventing how people manage their financial lives. Our ambitious goals require hard work and focus but we never want our success to be at the expense of our people. We encourage people to take breaks and speak to their line managers if things seem to be heading off-course. Our culture is based on listening to and supporting colleagues and that's what led to our company wide hybrid working policy and our introduction of two extra well being days this year. We don't tolerate aggression or rudeness so please consider speaking with our Employee Engagement team if that's your experience so that we can ensure a good work environment for every team. Thank you

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
