Pros
- you can learn a lot from other Revolut employees, they are really smart, experienced and open to share their knowledge
- above average pay
- newest tools/software to work on
- strong data focus across each position/function/performance/KPIs - no way to cheat, you have to get the work done in order to prove you are the right person for the job (a plus for me but maybe not the best for other people)
Cons
- not the best place to work for people who don't know how to manage their time effectively (you will stuck in doing lots of overtime)
- get things done culture - it will take some time to get used to it, everything comes with experience
- you have to be ambitious to work here: if you are just looking for better salary and have no ambitions to develop your knowledge, skills, career - better do not apply
