While all of our employees go through on-boarding, the formality and comprehensiveness of the program did vary widely across the company and lines of business until recently. Offering a comprehensive, seamless on-boarding experience is one of our priorities, including warmly greeting our new colleagues warmly (socialising with existing employees over drinks) in their first day, having in place a formal orientation program, a written on-boarding checklist etc.
We just finished setting up our company goals for the year to come and teams' KPIs for the next couple of quarters. All these took into account current and future internal systems that will support our success, while calibrating the work volumes teams take on.
