The fast paced and dynamic working environment can be challenging but with challenge comes reward and quick progression in terms of skills, competencies and resilience required in any business.
Cons
Revolut is very target driven and delivery oriented which has allowed the Company to defy expectations and grow at a rapid pace. This is not for everyone but it has the upside benefit of ensuring focus on priorities and building skills around problem solving.
