Cons
Company lacks proper management. As it is very small startup, We didn't have any (actual) managers. And that can/will hurt the productivity. Salary structure is undefined, thus broken. I suggest you prepare yourself for that before joining here. Their main (overseas) client is tedious to work with. No presence of innovation. Sudden storm of workload is frequent.
