      Pros

      Salary is good but they are not paying taxes. Though the setup is WFH and flexitime (the new norm). They have 13-month (only) and only covers the employee for their HMO.

      Cons

      Management sucks. They only care about the output. The wellness of the employee is their last priority. The codebase of the project is Spaghetti. The firing and hiring of people are normal.

      Great work culture Good pay Work-life balance Excellent leadership Many opportunities

      Cons

      Not exactly a con but be ready to feel start-up culture, things are a bit chaotic, in term of code base and structures... however it is given for any startup scaling at this pace.

      Pros

      Startup energy mixed with a heavy dose of industry experience. Very supportive both in and out of the "job". Exciting to help customers solve a problem that has been around for as long as pdfs.

      Cons

      Team overseas works at different hours, sometimes makes it hard to collaborate.
