Pros

I chose the word " With" instead of "For" or "At" for a very good reason. I am fortunate to work in a team across two countries that is inclusive and supportive, a culture that is driven by an exceptional team leader. As Sales Director in a small country, I cover many bases across all trading channels, from high level negotiation at a senior level to store level interaction with counter staff. The role is diverse and often stressful, with total accountability for the result across the Mass cosmetic business. I came to the role from another cosmetic multi-national, with years of trade experience, however in this role, where departments are required to collaborate consistently to achieve the sales result, I can honestly say I have never stopped learning new skills.

Cons

Pressures on supply chain and off shore warehousing is challenging for staff and customers alike.

Fun company, great teamwork, great benefits, and fun product

Cons

New ownership and re-org was a hard transition. There could be better communication between broader internal teams. Hard to grow within the company.
