Pros

-flexible hours -easy work/home/school life juggling -free coffee and cookies -cake once a month for birthdays -most of the people are very nice -consigners are usually really sweet.

Cons

-hours can be up to 35 for part time. but as little as 10 -pay. I started at 8.25, got bumped to 8.50 after 30 days. Any raise after is once a year and VERY minimal - hours continue to get cut, yet they are always short on people -refuse to train people already working there in other parts of the store, even if willing and begging. - people are allowed to talk, expect the person who prices. If you talk as a pricer, you get written up and hours get cut. -management gets upset if you call out sick on a busy day and will try to talk you to come in. Doesn't matter if you have a 103 fever. -not sympathetic on need to pay bills and they don't care on your lack of hours. - very much into the church. Which is fine..if you're part of the church that owns it. If not, you're SOL on anything you need.
