Good company for freshers - Ui\Ux Designer Revival Pixel Employee Review

Revival Pixel`s entire team, and especially Ankit Sir helped me a lot to learn and improve my skills. When I joined this company, I was experienced enough, but the development team taught me a lot of other innovative technologies of which I was not aware. The work culture is worth to mention, as I get a healthy environment to grow and flourish myself. However, the best thing I like about the company is its team Integrity. Everybody takes the responsibility of ongoing projects - your senior and team leader always help you in a best possible way. Even the CTO is very supportive. He conducts timely seminars and presentations for employees in order to enhance our learning and skill. One of the best things I found in Revival is time flexibility, you`re allowed to take breaks while working, which I personally feel increases productivity. In addition, they used to celebrate festivals in the company which I think enough to maintain work-life balance.

Well, no more improvement they need excepted leave procedure. A lot of hectic steps involved in leave approvals. I think, they should minimize formalities to save employees as well as their precious time. No doubt, they approve leave, but after succeeding a lot of procedures.

I've been there for 1.5 year as a front end developer. I find that Revival Pixel is the most comfortable place to work and grow. I love working here. Here's why: Friendly work culture makes an impact on productivity. Right from the employer to employee, everyone in this company has a clear goal. You get to make improvements & provide value to your own life which is very rewarding. My team helped me to grown in terms of skills and complete certain projects successfully. A list of opportunities you find to interact, learn, and obvious earn bonus and referral. I love the people there.

Although, company is growth at a very high rate. So, you often find new members on your team every 6 months. This is both exciting & has challenges. You always have to consult Project Manager for any team decision, this is something I personally don`t like. You find a lot of autonomy & freedom which can be good sometimes, but sometimes an adjustment for others. May be you will get annoy like me.
