Pros

They are somewhat flexible (you can work 2 days a week from home, whatever days the department decides) and most people are nice. They drink a lot and have lots of plans throughout the year.

Cons

The salaries are insanely low even compared to the local market in Barcelona. Also, the company is highly disorganized and nothing is documented. Founded in 2008, it still works like a startup while actually being owned by a Chinese giant since 7 years ago. They are quick to reduce employee benefits and let you go (although it being ILLEGAL they cut all accesses immediately with no previous warning), but take over a year to approve an insignificant salary raise. Enter at your own risk.

Pros

I work in sales at ReviewPro, and have for a while. For a salesperson, this is one of the most interesting companies to work for. The company is very product and technology focused, which provides an advantage compared to other solutions in the market. Review data is being quickly adopted across the hospitality and travel industries, which provides many unique selling angles. In my experience, sales and customer service/success is a priority from the entry level to the CEO, which makes forming and continuing partnerships positive for all involved.

Cons

ReviewPro has grown very quickly, especially over the past 3 years, and there are always some growing pains associated with that. But management seems to have increasingly invested in training and processes to scale into the global enterprise we now are, and I anticipate this will be less of a problem in the future.
