Pros

Absolutely nothing I can think of

Cons

Weird place to work. Office is the equivalent of a dungeon. You’re timed by your computer if you go to the toilet / make a drink. Boys club.

Pros

There are no pros to working here. They like to present themselves as a positive work environment with unusual benefits, but don’t be fooled.

Cons

No job security. No training. Low pay with unachievable bonus schemes. This is a family-run business and the culture is extremely cliquey. Employees who are not part of the inner circle are treated very differently and are given far fewer opportunities to succeed. Job security is very poor. People are frequently dismissed, including employees who have worked at the company for several years. During my time here, I personally saw five new members of staff recruited and all dismissed within their first month. As a result, the working environment is very tense and most employees are constantly worried about who will be let go next. Management support is virtually non-existent. There is very little guidance, feedback or leadership, and issues are not handled in a professional or consistent way. l also personally experienced an inappropriate and unprofessional comment made by a senior member of the company that involved my personal life. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and contributed to an environment where I did not feel supported or safe at work.

Pros

The normal people who work there are great. Good luck to them all.

Cons

My experience with this company was mostly awful. The work environment was downright toxic, driven by a constant hire-and-fire mentality that made everyone feel replaceable. The staff turnover was so extreme that people disappeared weekly, sometimes without any explanation. It created an atmosphere of instability and paranoia that management seemed either oblivious to or simply didn’t care about. Management love to say staff need to “take accountability” but refuse to take any themselves. Training? Support? Nonexistent. New employees were tossed into the deep end with almost zero guidance (other than 1 week of initial mundane and out-dated training) then blamed for not magically knowing how to do their jobs perfectly. Leadership consistently made promises they didn’t keep (both to employees and to clients) which only added to the dysfunction. Dishonesty felt baked into the culture. What pushed things from bad to unacceptable was the behavior from VERY senior members of staff. In my experience, inappropriate comments about female employees were thrown around casually. At times, the remarks were so personal and so wildly unprofessional that I was taken aback. Overall, this was the most chaotic, disrespectful, and unhealthy workplace I’ve encountered.
