      Well, itß a job. The work inviroment is relaxed and the standards are low because our customers are willing to rent poorly maintained apartments. Reliable access to easy women is a big perk and random testing really doesn't happen, so theres that

      No benefits. Having to provide subpar work due to the customer due to extreme cheapness and focus on profit rather than satisfaction.

      We found no “pros” once we hired Revid

      Cons

      Our properties are far from the caliber that they managed, and we had no idea this was the case. They never formally screened anyone they rented our homes to, and it was fortunately a short lived arrangement after our attorneys were notified.
