I don't really have any cons, I love the environment and the pay for loan officers or processors is really just dependant on how many loans you can close, so it's really up to you

Many people may not realize that Reverse Mortgages.com, Inc. was founded by a core group of people who have worked together for many years. Though the company itself is relatively new, the people who make the company what it is have been around for a long time. I feel fortunate and proud to be a part of this. The company is built on strong values by a lot of talented people who have a ton of industry experience. I can honestly say that I have never worked with a better group of people, and I am extremely excited about what we will be able to accomplish.

As a new company, there is a lot to do. I suppose this is as much of a Pro as a Con, since it also means there are a lot of opportunities for both new and existing employees, but we don't always have the personnel and resources we need to get things done as quickly or as completely as we would like. A lot of times I feel like we are all stretched pretty thin.
