Pros

Get to work with advocates/patients that are incredibly nice and want to make an impact. Get to hear their stories and be inspired by them. Team members are nice and we all mutually understand how frustrating management is and the lack of understanding of our jobs. Unlimited PTO, great benefits. The downside is that yoga hard to find someone to cover for you.

Cons

-3rd and 4th quarter is awfully busy as the clients want to spend all their money. Reverba wants to keep that money so they always say yes and never seem to realize that they are understaffed and their staff cannot keep up with the work without overworking themselves and dreading coming into work. - they start to “trim” the fat in the last two quarters and let go of people. They ask you if you could cover for the loss of staff, but you are not given the opportunity to say no. -they let go of people without already hiring new ones so we are all left scrambling. -when you ask for a raise, it’s like asking for a kidney. -bad training. On top of dealing with the mess and the last two quarters, they ask you to train people along with dealing with your overflowing amount of work — unclear responsibilities of the job position. - to summarize it, their poor planning should be considered an emergency for you. If you thrive with poor management, this place is for you.

Pros

Reverba is a great place to grow your career. The support from leadership and the positive work culture have really helped me build a path I’m proud of. The energy on the team is uplifting, and it’s exciting to see everyone doing well in their roles. My peers and work friends make my days fly by <3! The job is fulfilling, there is so many patient voices that are being enhanced thanks to our work. PeopleOps genuinely listens to feedback and is always working to make the culture and benefits even better. I’ve always felt respected and appreciated by my managers and teammates—and that makes a big difference in how motivated and connected I feel.

Cons

There aren’t many in-person events. Make sure to have strong connections outside of work. Seek out community activities and event of you get your energy from being around people.

Helping our team members grow meaningful careers while making an impact is exactly what we strive for—so it’s especially rewarding to hear that the culture, leadership, and mission are resonating with you. Pros

Remote Work with flexible hours

Cons

The CEO, Cheryl Lubbert is the most corporate women ever. She tries to ride the trends of the week but is too slow to implement them and doesn't understand AI, video, or really how to generate business. She takes no accountability and is more interested in looking smart, then running the company. She doesn't know 95% of her staff but acts like she cares. Reverba as a whole, is only interested in earning money for thier top executives, even if it comes at the expense of laying off dozens of people. Reverba is floundering because they hemorrhage talent, are stuck in old ways, and play favorites with nepotism hires.
