      Pros

      Great tools, excellent support software and CRM system. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly colleges. Good study case of Inbound Marketing.

      Cons

      Low salary for back office position. Only care about sales and IT/Product teams. High turn-over rate. HR manager never last more than 2 weeks.
