Pros

- Great group of people in the team. - Compensation is decent and pretty close to industry standards. - Good benefits - Great entry level company into the tech industry

Cons

- Lack of leadership from upper management - Opportunity for growth isn't that great - Staff tend to feel like cogs in a machine even though the company is pretty small - Focus is on profits and not the people - High turnover of staff

Pros

Used to be a great team, but now everyone just looks out for themselves

Cons

Never expect to get your money back if they ask you to pay for food or drinks at company events. Sometimes they just decide that you shouldn't have bought something, even if you stayed within budget. One owner is rude and mean. The other never does any work and never shows up, and they all seem to be fighting all the time and maybe even ripping each other off. Unless you have no other choice, this is a bad place to work. Bad pay. No real benefits. Bad treatment. Bad vibes. Too much lying and changing their mind.

Pros

Very smart people on the team. Learn a lot. Marketing services and technology helps me remain interested in the day-to-day work we have with each of our clients. This agency started working with AI (IBM Watson) years ago. They are using this advantage for leveraging more AI solutions in the future (which I like).

Cons

Projects can be complicated. There is a lot a pressure to do a perfect job. Management does not tolerate poor performance.
