Pros

The job is actually great and a lot of fun, if you genuinely enjoy helping people this is the place for you. The pay is good, especially for entry level positions. The company has various perks although not as many as they will tell you there are.

Cons

The pay gets comically worse the longer you stay and there is 0% 401K match offered, unlike the last fake post claims. Worthless coverage and overpriced benefits, I was truly shocked to find how bad the benefits were after how the company pretends to represent itself. Deceptive hiring practices (including saturating this site with 3 fake reviews for every bad one they receive) and the sarcastic, patronizing responses from management ("you should start a support group for your hurt feelings") is a completely unprofessional and lazy way to deal with criticism. The truth is those who actually get fired for being lazy or stupid don't care enough to post on glassdoor and you should act like you have some dignity and treat those who care about you enough to criticize you with respect.

Revention Response

We appreciate your honesty and feel that you should look for a job that will make you happy. Your offer letter is clear cut and if you have problems with your job, then talk with your Supervisor or Human Resources. Benefits are from Humana and the plan is very good. Actually Revention covers around $500 per month for each employee, but if that is not good enough, then request to have your plan deactivated and find a plan that will make you happy. Talking to Glassdoor will not improve your job, but it might relieve some stress. Thanks for your post.
