      Repair laptops given to you at random, left alone to do work, no micromanaging, friendly coworkers, plenty of tools to work with, many learning opportunities, weekly events (free meals/raffle tickets/ect)

      Cons

      no central AC/Heating in the main work area, main manager didnt know technical details, seats can go missing, repairs can go slowly,
