Pros

-Great place to start a sales career. -Decent benefits. -Fun and collaborative environment. The company caters to a young demographic and you can meet some great people there. -Excellent sales training. -The training team is hands down the best team in management. They're approachable, work hard to help everyone succeed, treat all employees as equals, and genuinely care. -The Chief People Officer has done a great job making company-wide improvements to diversity and inclusion.

Cons

-Pay is low and you don't get the bumps originally promised. -Bad management: Account managers are entitled, micromanage, and downright lazy at times. They rely too much on TLs to tackle their responsibilities and are quick to blame every other department if something goes wrong. VP of Sales Development lacks the ability to be strategic, plays favorites, and can be extremely condescending to sales reps and other managers. -Culture is a bit "fratty" at times. -Biased when they "promote from within". Managers are cliquey and if you're friends with certain people, you're more likely to get promoted.

Pros

Great company, easy going culture, no one breathing down your neck, great way to get your foot in the door for tech sales or sales in general. Can definitely set you up well and give you the experience needed to succeed in sales.

Cons

Hard to make good money. Technically uncapped commission and some make more money than others but highly dependent on the project you get put on and of course how good you are.
