Pros
Small, family oriented, cultural org. In house designer there for 19 years. Compensation was good; periodical raises. Everything digital was learned while on the job, and career development seminars.
Cons
Although my position became more and more comprehensive, with additional responsibilities and skills, my job title didn't change.
