Pros

Lots of bright people. Innovative space.

Cons

A lot of the people doing the work feel overextended and under-appreciated.

Pros

Unlimited PTO policy, remote work largely the default unless you live in LA, occasionally an interesting project to tackle that can last you a few months or a year. Initial pay is competitive.

Cons

Tons of offshore developers but since the company deals with healthcare information those developers can't do half their job so onshore has to catch the extra work that offshore is legally not allowed to do. Company in-person events are a huge and expensive waste of time, plus they had Amy Gleason (Head of DOGE, 🤮) as a key speaker for this years event. Management is full of infighting, lots of people arguing over power makes very little get done. "Reveleer" is actually 4+ companies acquired over the course of several years and so each product is actually a fully separate hierarchy with separate technical debt, languages, and infrastructure. C-suite does not understand how the applications actually work and are handing down directives that do not align with the reality of the applications/data/customer base.
