      Terrific team of employees Making great strides Always working on improving and providing a greater experience for both internal & external clients Innovative products

      Much change with senior management and them implementing their own ideas of culture without knowing the industry (software) and some of the culture that is already baked in.

      Pros

      Great team, innovative software product and an investment in staff training made it an exciting place to work. The location was a plus!

      Cons

      The normal growing pains of start up culture, constantly racing the clock to release the next feature, and technology outpacing b2b customer adoption were at times a challenge.
