After a slowdown due to Covid, we are seeing unprecedented levels of hiring with our clients, which is causing some growing pains as we quickly scale up to support them. We’re committed to addressing the concerns you raised. We’re hiring at all levels to reduce the workload per account manager and create a better work-life balance. We are also hiring a new Head of HR who will be looking into benefits, training & development, and other things our employees' value as our goal is to have comp and benefits above market.
