As mentioned in another review they seem to be especially hard on woman. Shame on you. The charitable contributions are for marketing purposes only!

Thank you for your review. Reveal is very conscious and against any form of discrimination. Our 10 founding principles discussed and explored at every townhall meeting makes that very clear to everyone. Giving back is really important to Reveal and most employees go on service trips annually and make giving back to local and international causes a part of their lives.

Pros

A company where Leadership actually cares about employees and once that’s constantly investing in employees. Value work life balance, hence unlimited PTO. Work is challenging and very rewarding. This is made easier by a great support network of true SAP integration advisors

Cons

Travel challenges from time to time

Pros

There isn't a traditional management hierarchy, so you won't have a "defined boss". We work as a community and a team, and we are all accountable to each other and the partners for the success of the organization. Reveal bills clients differently than traditional consulting firms, so there is no pressure or focus on "billable hours". This is a tremendous relief for those of us who have worked in the SAP consulting space. Reveal is extremely generous with unlimited PTO and 1 week of time off which is dedicated to giving back (volunteering) to your local community. Reveal fosters personal and professional development at every turn to keep us on the cutting edge of the SAP consulting industry.

Cons

Every company has its drawbacks, and Reveal is no different, but in my opinion, the "cons" are going to be specific to each person. For me, there can be issues with boundaries getting blurred when it comes to my role and responsibilities. We often have to wear several hats. Processes, like improvements to our methodology or content creation, can be very unstructured at times.
